Classes 1 to 5
The Primary Section at Imperial School of Learning serves as the core foundation of formal education. Here, we aim to develop strong academic skills, positive habits, and a growth mindset in every child. This stage is crucial as students move from learning through play to more structured and concept-based learning. We emphasize curiosity, discipline, responsibility, and all-round development.
Classes 1 to 5
Our Primary Section includes Classes 1 to 5, typically for children aged 6 to 11 years. The learning experience at this level becomes more comprehensive, integrating subjects, values, co-curricular activities, and personality development. We maintain small class sizes to ensure individual attention and foster a warm, inclusive environment.

Following the CBSE curriculum, our Primary education focuses on conceptual clarity and holistic development. Subjects include:

English & Hindi: Reading, writing, grammar, comprehension, and communication

Mathematics: Numbers, operations, measurements, patterns, geometry, and logic

Environmental Studies (EVS): Understanding of surroundings, science, health, and safety

General Knowledge & Moral Education: Current affairs, values, and civic sense

Computer Science: Basics of computers, typing skills, and introductory coding concepts

Art & Craft: Creative expression through drawing, painting, and craftwork

Physical Education: Yoga, games, and exercises for health and discipline

Music & Dance: Enhancing rhythm, coordination, and artistic confidence

Special activities like show-and-tell, storytelling, quiz competitions, handwriting enhancement, and group projects are conducted regularly to build communication and thinking skills.
Our Primary school faculty are qualified, compassionate, and committed to nurturing every child’s potential. They use interactive teaching methods, real-life examples, and digital tools to make lessons engaging and relevant. Continuous assessments, regular feedback, and parent-teacher communication ensure each child’s progress is closely monitored and supported.
